Michelle McGlothlin-Williams serves as the Vice President of Operations at Success Mavericks, bringing nearly 30 years of executive leadership, operational strategy, and corporate experience to the organization. Michelle oversees internal operations, strategic growth, systems development, and organizational excellence across all Success Mavericks programs. Her leadership ensures that every coaching engagement, workshop, and corporate partnership operates with precision, scalability, and measurable impact. She is instrumental in building the infrastructure that supports the company’s mission of increasing employee well-being, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable business performance.
Prior to joining Success Mavericks, Michelle built a distinguished career in Corporate America. She spent 19 years at General Electric Corporate Headquarters, serving in senior leadership roles across Global Growth Operations, Crisis Management, Six Sigma, and Logistics. Her experience at GE’s renowned Crotonville Leadership Development Center shaped her disciplined, performance-driven, and people-centered leadership philosophy. Michelle then joined Eastman Chemical Co. where she spent 9 years in progressive leadership roles including: Manager, IT Services-Corporate Pricing, Manager, Global Information Security, and Director, North America Logistics.
As Director of North America Logistics, Michelle led strategy and execution across multiple corporate and manufacturing sites, overseeing commercial supplier strategy and regional business results exceeding $450M in scope.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. She has also completed executive education at Crotonville (John F. Welch Leadership Development Center) and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
